Prayer Tree; Week 25 June 19 -25

By this we know love that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him? Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth. By this we shall know that we are of the truth and reassure our heart before him; 1 John 3:16-19

“Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You that we can know You love us.  You showed this love when Jesus laid down His life for us.  We thank You that the staff and teachers of the Esther House and the Women’s Empowerment Center are willing to lay down their “normal” lives to serve these women.  They have seen the need and opened their hearts, which shows that God’s love abides in them.  Thank You that they are not loving in only word or talk but in deed and in truth.  Let this show the residents and students that these teachers and staff are of the truth, and let this reassure all of their hearts before You.  In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Week 25: June 19 – 25

For the Lord your God is he who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies, to give you the victory.’ Deuteronomy 20:4

O Lord our God, I pray for the residents and staff of Esther House and for the students, teachers, and staff of the Women’s Empowerment Center, that You will fight for them against their enemies and give them victory. Let them all know You as their Lord and God, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Thank you again for partnering with us in prayer because as we know…..PRAYER CHANGES THINGS!

Blessings,
Kelly Guffey, President
